ISG offers several maintenance programs designed for the mobile computing customer. All repair services are provided out of either our NJ or TX regional service centers. Below are several of our programs:
Depot Maintenance Program
Maintenance coverage is our most valuable service offering to our customers. Under this program, customers prepay for coverage on their entire computer system, with a choice of annual or monthly plans
Depot Flat Fee Program
For customers who choose to not enter into a maintenance agreement with ISG, one alternative is our Flat Fee Program. Under this fee for service program, customers are invoiced for each repair based on our prevailing Flat Fee Pricing Schedule
Depot Time and Material Program
For customers who choose to not enter into a maintenance agreement with ISG, another alternative is our Time and Material Program. This is only recommended for customers with sophisticated computer and technology skills which allows them to know what is wrong with their equipment prior to sending it to us
Onsite Depot Maintenance Program
For customers that require time critical onsite repairs. This program is typically used for repair of barcode printers. Response time is within 48 hours and is currently available nationwide utilizing our partner network
Flexible Repair Program
This unique program is fully developed based on customer's needs. After gathering the required information and analyzing the customer processes, a Flexible Repair Program is created and presented. This program can include a change in the repair flow process, spare management process or any other solution that can benefit our customers
