Why ISG

ISG is a customer cenrtic, quality focused and an innovative organization. Our commitment to quality is reflected through our ISO 9001 certification. A distinct honor, as we are one of only few service organizations to become ISO 9001 certified. ISG's customer focus is often reflected trough our "bend over backwards" philosophy. Every customer has their own needs/requirements, which we gladly accomodate. Below you will find more compelling reasons which will answer the question, "Why ISG?":

  • Repair Turnaround Time
    We have a variety of programs that are custom-designed for our customers' needs. They may select maintenance programs with turnaround times that vary from one (1) day to five (5) days. 

  • Turnaround Commitment
    If we do not meet our turnaround commitments, we do not make excuses or ignore the situation. We proactively monitor contract compliance. 

  • Full System Support
    ISG supports the entire mobile system: hand held computers, mobile printers, modems, LAN controllers and T-Comm handlers. 

  • Quality of Service
    One of the many complaints in the industry is that manufacturers return product that is not fully repaired to their customers. At ISG, we will never exceed repair capacity beyond where quality may suffer. Historically, our failure rate on repairs has been below 2% , which is below the ISO 9001 requirement.

  • Relationships and Communication
    At ISG, every customer is important to us regardless of size, location or complexity of problems. When you call our office, you will immediately be put in contact with someone who will help you personally. If the person responsible for assisting you is not available, he/she will return your message promptly. That person will also follow up with you to ensure your issue was addressed. 

  • Solution Orientation
    All employees at ISG are trained to deliver solutions to customers problems and issues. Even if the problem has nothing to do with our business, we will go out of our way to find someone who may be able to assist you. For instance, if you are looking for a cable that we do not stock, we will build it for you. We will never tell you "its not in our catalog so we don't sell it." 

  • Reasonable Prices
    ISG's prices for maintenance, flat fee, refurbished equipment or supplies are significantly lower than those of the manufacturers'. Although we do not particularly compete solely on price, we realize it is important for some of our customers. Our aggressive prices simply augment the overall superior value we deliver to our customers.
