This section of our website is dedicated to support of our customers.  We often enhance our website through this section, adding valuable resources based on our customers' requirements.  Within this section you will find:

• An automated way to create and view Product Information Cards (PICs) for products being sent in for repair.  Instead of completing a paper-based PIC (which customers are more than able to continue to do), customers can create online PICs here...doing so, aids in the following ways:
  • Once you log into our site, your contact details will be brought up, saving you time in completing the form.
  • You will be able to view the status of repairs prior to hitting the bench (when received, etc.)
  • You will be able to view the history of the devices sent to ISG for repair
• Service History Reports:  Once logged into our site, you will be able to view the full history of repairs completed by ISG, with the usual, powerful drill-down capabilities
